Have been busying ~

And if you had read my previous blog about how excited that i was.. about meeting up with buddies and going on my XWZ, daughter's b'day party~ Its all cancelled :( Sad that i could not attend.

My dear's grandmum (dad's mum) is falling real ill ~ Dear's mum one week ago already when in to malaysia( somewhere further than KL, which takes about 8 hours drive) . Without dear's mum, pepper responsibility lies on Dear~ he has been taking care of pepper plus work... Me also helping out abit here and there. Goosh~ Now all of them have to go in le. So its either i bring pepper to me house . Or i go over dear house and stay. Alright~

After one of the days we brought pepper to my house for fun. We decided its better that i go over his place. Cause he is really noisy.. Barking like hell!!! Cause i think not familar with my family members.. Really piss qiang off, He canned pepper like hell at my place.  Oh goosh~ Even dear canned him no use. han me leh.. I'am a softer person than him. And our neighbours also did ask. Erhm~ "the dog its gonna stay here for long?" (they were frdly) but i'am worried that it will cause trouble to them cause they use to have Hyper dog

. But after they got a baby. The dog is like no longer around. k~ so here i'am at his house.

Got no time to blog about my phuket. Guess these few days i will have a chance to complete it :)

Work is like soooo busy these two weeks.... So many manual payments chq suddenly :X And at this time, all the singtel and starhub bills comes in too. It really burns my brain cells :X tired~ Until i forget things:X so pai say~ Sleepy too :P Lucky i got laughter colleagues to cheer me up :X wahwhawhahw~

Pepper

K... my first day when i got back dears home! Clothes all on floor~ My home wear on the chair (in room), down on floor!!! The clothes in the toilet inside the bucket to be washed~ PULL all the way till living room~ And its not just one!!! Look at it!!!

i was scolding  him~ and there he go hides under the bed :X This is the room with my clothes on the floor.

Living room~ shorts (from room chair), panties & t shirt(from toilet),  Got shreded paper somemore:P

Not forgetting his toys~ all over the house.. his so call DOG, Tennis ball, Bear, dog finger tooth brush & etc.

Super happy :) smiling face also no use. WAIT!!!

Realise dear never clean his eyes shits de~ Always i clean. He say afraid ~ scared will hurt him. Look at this. Think accumulate a few days le ba :P

Than suddenly i hear from the kitchen got plastic bag sound come out~ Oh goosh!!! what again :x He went to jump and get the plastic bag which i forgotten to throw just now (its wet tissue package). Cause i was hurrying to wipe his battock for him, cause he poo poo le. He hor~

I called him pepper~ he dont dare to look at me...

He hor :X super playful!!! WanA BEAT him , can't bear too ~ Pepper please stay obedient! House chores to do tomorrow:P
K.O time for him~ he was sleeping near the chair i am sitted on. Me just don't dare to move . Just keep on typing :X Cause once i MOVE! he will wake :X kekkekke~ will only move when i wanna go sleep :X

Online Shopping

Oh .. i also help to consolidate orders for my colleagues to buy from : http://www.mayuki.com.tw/  is at taiwan base. i wanted to control and not buy anything at all. Cause these two months really XIONG :X But in the end i still got myself 5 pcs :) Not to worry about communicating with them. They do know abit of english. And they have english intructions :) Their webbie its kind of lag~ maybe becuase of the pictures in it. Get at least 15pcs and they will deliver overseas :)

Moon Cakes

Oh yeah~ on Latern festival day!!! Mavis made more mooncakes and bring it to work on that day!!! But everybody was damn full and some dont really like moon cakes. So, THANKS to them. I brought them home!!!  after all the different flavours she did for us~ i really love the green tea with red bean paste and the traditional moon cake, follow by the cranberries (smt new) . HERE~ should be the last batch le.. I will miss eating them~ c ya next year :P wahwhawhahwhawh~ Thank you mavis :) Really paisay, so i acutally brought smt for you :) Hope you will like it (have not given you cause at my house, no time was rushing up and down to take care of pepper)!!! Will blog on it and pass to you next week~ Cause i heard its really nice to drink Maybe you should know what is it le :)

The white skin is pandan the green skin is Green tea :) Both inside are red bean paste :)

 

Cheers~ Hope his ah ma will get well soon! Heard she is laying at home le. Don't really talk. Just answer "am" "ar" all those~ I have never been to their kampo area yet . Heard is really boring. Than everyday EAT only. They owe their own provision shop, Camera shop , internet shop, hair saloon and manufacturing a kind of traditional pleated biskuit. Its really nice! Forgotten to ask dear to get more of it~ Dont think i will get a chance to go back with them , especially with a baby pepper. There is always a person needed to feed him and take care of him :) Nights~

Mooncake :)

I'am back from my phuket short Trip :) but still not yet finish with the blog. Cause is going to be a long long post details of the trip! Get back cough and sneezing~ like kana virus!!! So damn tired :X i shall stay my blog active with MOONCAKE first !!!

Its very fortunate to have colleagues like her!!! MAVIS !!! Another batch of mooncakes :P She has been taking orders with colleagues around us to , cause its so delicious. Orders are like quite alot for her to do it alone :) Cheers~ when she retired , i think this is a good business for her! Cheers! look at this. And the thing is she is like not earning no profit. Cause her ingredients already cause her a bomb! she uses good healthy ingredients too!

over the weekends! Oh goosh~ frds b'day all coming! wedding all coming! Spend a whole afternoon shopping for gifts!!! And yap~ one of my fav. bubble tea! its located at one of the back alley at bugis streets! i've drunk it a few times~ The milk tea does not lose to KOI milk tea. Just that "i love taimei" has not much of varaties for drinks. Its much more cheaper than KOI! And they sell TAIWAN fav. "xiao chi" ~

The $2.80 its for large cup of milk tea and we tried their FREID TOFU with seaweed flavour. You can choice other flavouring too!!!

Its like super crispy!!! you can't even taste the TOFU in it? cause its like FRIED till very very crispy! Its like eating a crispy biskuit with seaweed flavouring , thats all!!!

Head home home~ cause my dear's mum went oversea to visit his grdmum. Pepper home alone at home. So faster chop chop go home!!!

And not forgetting! coach and Kate Spade direct from US!!! I was lucky or lets say maybe GOD hear my prayers! one of my frds b'day its coming. And i need to get a COACH thing not more than SGD100. Guess what. One day i just open my hotmail and saw an email from an ex colleague of mine, Nicole.She was promoting her  BLOG on selling Coach and Kate Spade stuff :) Previously , there is also a colleauge frd going to US and asking us whether anybody wants to get COACH stuff too (i think the day before)!!! Super LUCKY me ~ I decided to get from Nicole as its much more faster. Cause no matter how fast. Its gonna be a belated b'day gift for her!!! Can't say too much~ But i've got Nicole to deliver direct to the B'day girl!!! Do check it out!!! I copy and paste the whole email :

Cheers!!! Can't wait to attend natalyn's 1 year old birthday (copper's daughter), Buddy mei nu wedding!!! And yeah~ She has XUANG XI!!! So get it~ Hers will be a April 2011 baby!!! non-bake cheese cake for her darling :)

It was a fine saturday :) Dear got to work. So my "mummy" (alicia) , She is not old. But we just call her that since secondary. Cause she is like one to us :X lol~ She is surprising her darling by asking me to help her with the cheese cake!!! Great~ i was suppose to do the JELLY top non-bake cheese cake.. But something happen :X so sorry my dear colleagues. Will do it when i have the time again :X

This time round, Now its Alicia's turn. I can actually memories what are the steps :X But for safety i still refer back to the receipe :) It turns out nicely decorated :) but Nice to eat??? not sure~ Have to ask her!
Change abit here and there of the ingredients :)

NON-BAKED CHEESE CAKE~
BASE 1 packet of Digestive biskuit (previously i use marie)
125g butter (i use 3/4 of it)
CAKE
100g Sugar (according to the receipe, i put 200g and it was too sweet, pls reduce :X)
250g philadelphia cream cheese (1packet)
100 ml water
1 sachet gelatine (to harden the cheese)
1 tin Nestle Cream ( hard to get from FAIRPRICE, its always sold out!)

TOPPINGS (up to you to choice what you want)
one pack of Fresh strawberries  (those normal small once)
1 can of peach

Process of making the base :
crush the biskuit

use one whole packet. should be enough :X made her crush two packs. Was way tooo much :X

I've got alicia to crush the biskuit the night before coming to my house the next day. Cause it takes some time. The day before, she was not working also... She and her ex colleagues crushing :) Than she bring over to my house.

Mixing butter with biskuit

i melted the butter and mix it with the biskuit.

Mix well till it turns abit more darker and you can SMELL the great smell :)

Get base set in the tray

Place it in the fridge to chill the base (i place it in freezer, faster) while  processing to make the TOP part.

Process of making the top :

Mixing the cream cheese and sugar

use the whole block

 

i only use 1/4 of a small bowl for the sugar (can see how much sugar i have poured in). All estimated. as i do not have all the weighing with me. And heard from alicia, jae (her bf) does not like sweet stuff .

Mix it well ~

Done . put it aside.

Mixing all together

boil the water. Than stir it with a teaspoon of GELATINE. Make sure it melts in. This thing is to HARDEN the cheese.


Pour in one can of Nestle cream

Stir it well :) under slow small fire . Boils awhile. Than you can pour it inside the chill base.

After that place it back to the fridge to chill it :0 again i place it in freezer.

Topping part... We took a break. When out to get STRAWBERRIES. cause the ones we get from my house downstairs. CANNOT MAKE IT.. too huge already. Not nice to place on top of the cheese.

bACK home~ with strawberries. In between we had dinner together with, Derek, Ben and thomas ( my sec, kakis)

PLace it nicely , we mix it with peaches :) i slice it into smaller piece.

Nice right !!! the outcome. This time the cheese does not look high enough. But its great beacuse not so cheesy not too much :) But too thin for appearence ba. :X cause i use abit for my failure jelly top cheese cake :X later you will get to see it. i thought thinner will be better. As the 1st time i did was higher. Was too much i find. A few bites i get full of it. So this time thought of making it thinner :)

We only manage to buy this SIZE of box from sengkang, GIFTLAND. So we stack it up with magazines . Creative work ar :X lol~

And here it is~ This is the first time i see alicia had put in soo much effort for her BF :)  Hope jae can feel it. She was at my house from MORNING.. suppose to be EARLY (she always late). I think around NOON till nearly midnight. All the way, took cab to WEST side. Still have to wait for JAE to knock off from work~

Okie.. this is the failure with JELLY on top :X
Firstly, i should not have use the ALUMINIUM tray :X.. the jelly will flow through it.
Secondly, we were busy with making the main CAKE & chatting, totally forget to put the biskuit in the fridge to freeze it. We left it on the table. And simply just pour the cheese in after tat !!! lol ~ fail fail~

Lastly, it turns out to be a disaster :X But edible for my own family members :X its super ugly lor~ wahahhaha :X Never fail, never improve! Advice to people making it. Please put in 100% concentration and heart when making not like me busy chatting with alicia :P lol~ sorry my dear colleagues~ i still owe you guys something :) cheers!!!

The bottom part full of jelly. Cause when we move the aluminium it flows down :X lol~

Horrible~ did not throw away :X scoop and eat only. Just like how you make jelly with cups :)
