Happy Halloween + Fail! non bake cheese cake with jelly strawberries~

I don't celebrate Halloween nights :) and dear was busy this sat too. So i thought of making non bake cheese cake for my dear colleagues :) I saw a no. of my friends heading to Singapore Zoo night safari~ There are actually a few places , especially clubbing, pub areas do celebrate too!!! You guys can consider next year !

Back to my proccess of non bake cheese cake with jelly added with strawberries :)
 This is the third time i'am doing this :) 1st  was for me and dear's 7th anniversary :) Recently, did teach alicia how to do it too. And now for my dear colleagues~ They have been falling sick, stress, closing period and auditors comes in this time also :( So sad! hope this cheese cake will cheer them up abit. I'am going to try the jelly with strawberries added on top! Hope its gonna be a sucessful one!!!

Think i still not a pro, i still can't get hold the timing :X hai... Very sad lar.. the whole thing is like soft soft. Not going to bring it to the office. Cause it really looks awful :(

Why am i taking the pic of the tray? Cause now than i realise i got two different ones. Thats why alicia's cake was kind of thinner than the one i make previously. Due to??? she used the bigger round tray :X ops:X sorry~ Lucky it did not turn out that bad :X The smaller one can even fit in the other one. So can tell the difference le :X

The philadelphia cream cheese packet. Has two receipe for you to make other kinds of cheese cake. You can also refer to KRAFT webbie~ lots of different receipes. But my house does not have OVEN. So i can baking stuff :(  This is where i get the idea of making the NON bake cheese cake with strawberries jelly . Everything still looks fine... until........

Here comes the Jelly part! The instructions on the box will teach you to use 250ml of hot water to mix than add another 250ml of water. I replace the 250ml of water to ICE cubes :) Too cool the syrup :) So that its not hot when i pour it on top of the cheese cake :)

Its rather okie :) Looks great. But after one night i place it in fridge, cause i thought like strawberries in freezer it will turn hard so i put it in fridge?  the next morning i realise its the cheese still not hard enough :( So when i push it out~ Its like soft soft :(

I continue to cut it and place in freezer. cause the whole thing its like too soft le. And in the end~

I tried to place in tupperware ~ but fails lar :( it looks so disgusting. So i just left it at home. For family members to eat. My sister enjoy it !!! She likes the cheese and base (biskuit) part. The jelly and strawberries still a failer :(  Sorry ladies ~ Wait for the next time. But i will not try with the jelly. Cause it does not work at all :(  sad~ don't wana talk about it le ~

Next bazzar / fleas coming up?

The Mega  Flea Market 3 is back at EXPO!!! But the dates crushes with dear's sailing.  I won't be taking a space . BTW, littledresser has stop a few months ago. Cause it has not been doing good online. Its only when we go on flea and bazzars than its doing well.

Weekends :) 22nd-24th Oct 2010

Friday after work. Met up with Ah long and Suping to catch a movie. I don't know what show we will be watching until i reached GREAT WORLD ! Than while eating "FAI CHUI" for dinner. Ah long say we will be watching a R21 movie. called : Piranha (about a eating fish) . I say i never bring  I/C le.. its in the car? how ar~ Later the person check me le :X whawhahw~ K.. joke... The highlight of the show its more like HOT SEXY Nude Naked Girls than the HORRIBLE scary fishes :X Alot of nudity, Guys will LOVE this show! Ending is like BO LIAO~

When the show starts.  Dear was whispering to me. You still wana go diving anot ??? lol~ than i look at ahlong over the other side. You still dare to go diving anot? lol~ We just giggle giggle.. But my answer will still be "YES" :) Cause you will never get to see how beautiful its in the bottom of the sea :) I only get to LIVE once. And i wana have a chance to look at the world !  :)  If i got the money and chance i will go for it again! lol~ my only first dive and last at TIOMAN with my buddy copper :) that its when i got my basic cert. for diving :) Its really a Exciting and fun time i had with the group of people . As everything ALIVE so NEAR me... even the SEA TURTLE .. was sooo near me (can imagine how huge it is) , got kind of SCARED when i first dive in .. Cause you really don't know what are the things you get to see at the bottom! And there is alot alot of SEA URCHIN.. So got to be careful. Love the different types of fishes you get to see and corals and some weird things which you do not know what issit at all. The clown fishes (nemo) its really cute. they will hide in the corals. when you go near them :)

Can tell dear will never wana go diving, from the way he react during the phuket snorkelling. He is TERRIFIED of fishes near him. See his reaction damn FUNNY! Shouting le~ i got a shock when his reaction over LOUD! whawhahwhaw~ think he is excited also ba :) i admit diving its dangerous ! But with good instructors and careful gangs :) No worries.. They will guide you along. They will not force you if you really can't do it. Cause i remembered this guy from our group. Don't know how to control the breathing and cannot take the pressure~  So in the end he only swim in sea, One instructor taught him , one to one. But still can't ,you will not lose anything , yeap maybe (cannot get the cert. & $$$) But at least you tried  :) Its not that easy. There are some test needs to be taken when you are under the sea. But its not that difficult. Pratice given before you go for diving at swimming pools :) So dont worry.. Dont KAN CHIONG can le :)  hope i will have a chance to dive again. But i'am already starting to forget some rules le :X whahwhawhahwhaw~

What should i say :X K lar.. those tioman areas will not have white sharks or what. Maybe baby sharks at night . i've watched those shows on Sharks before they don't attack human begins its only they thought we were some seal or what on the surf board. So don't dress like a seal :x whahwhawhahw~ joking on the dressing part. But its true they will thought we are some SEAL for them to eat and its also true sharks don't really attack human beings. i've also watched how some divers when to explore and video those sharks so close that you can touch their body and feel it. One of the divers even hold the FINS to go around. For that while lar , of course~ Sometimes its just FATE :X I shall say ...

Pepper went downstairs for a walk and "Comb hair". We decided to bring pepper out to dear's house downstairs when we are free. Cause he is still not familar with human beings. He tend to BARK "mostly at night time" when he is still outside.  And he is abit kind of racist? whahwahw~ he tends to bark at DARK skin people :X sorry~ but he is :X i dont know why~  Love this pic of him!! So cheeky naughty look~

Yeap.. his hair its damn messey~ His grooming appointment on the next day :)  Good boy pepper! tested out. Quite a no. of people walk pass he only SEE and STARE at them. Did not bark at all~ Maybe he was enjoying the COMBING hair part "-" .

This was brought by me sometime back . Think last year X'mas~ we did not use it. cause we have been using those latch to tie over body de. So won't hurt his neck. But advice from dear's friend. Pepper its so naughty and does not listen, Cause we are not FEIRCE enough (dote him too much)  :X He says the BODY latch will not help to stop his BArking or stop him from RUNNING like a MAD dog when bringing him out. WHY right? cause the body latch its to comfortable. if we just PULL while he is running. the impact is not hurting enough. So a NECK de is the right way to train doggies. His frd say if you think just like that you will feel hurting. Than you better don't go for training. Cause he says at training. they will let the dog run and SUDDENLY pull the latch , so that it will choke the dog neck (pain meh).  Than he will know its not right to RUN about, and stay beside the owner!!! Its either we continue to let  PEPPER BARK like siao. And run like siao.. or TRAIN him! Of course TRAIN lar.. You know how embrassing when you bring your dog out than it just BARK like no other business (scare alot of people le!). And runs like a HORSE!!!   pepper its a very "BAI XI" dog.. Beat till him "siao" also not scared de. He is a revengeful dog too :X Goosh! But still love him :P

We change our usual swimming to sat. cause no where else to go. Than after that. Rain heavily. So sian to go out . So stayed at dear house . Watch TV lor :)  And fall asleep:X  Sunday nothing to do too :P wahahwhawa~ so boring this week :X

Saw this at STOMP. Why will the owner get so careless??? She is damn cute. Just like pepper when he was young :) But pepper got darker colour fur when he was young.

20102010 (20th Oct 2010) !!! Double happiness :)

Early morning, on such a nice date. Received a msg from a colleague of mine that his wife had gave birth to a little boy that weigh 2.58kg. Mother and son are fine.  Congrats to JIE MEI, Sylvastian! Why double happiness cause its HONGYE and KAILING wedding tonight!!! And actually its TRIPLE happiness!!! Cause the day before 19.10.2010 , my buddy mei nu (elaine) friend, Adelyn had gave birth to a baby boy too , 2.19kg, name : Riise, Named over a LIVERPOOL player :P i don't know who. But its rather unique~. Not really familar with her as we are school mates. Only seen before each other. Smile smile only :) Really happy for them :) Its like a new life, one step up for them!!! Whether its a new born or a marriage, congratulations!!!

That night!!! I saw the tables are tag till like 55 ! Can imagine~ they were rushing for time during the whole dinner! Their montage is really special! I have never seen such cute cartoon animation made montage. What i know its from istudio they also engage two singers with guitars to sing and play songs during the whole night!
