mango pudding !!!

Mango Pudding time!!! thanks to vivian for providing the receipe :)  Its not Mango season . Kind of difficult to get nice mangoes~ But my mum found at NEX NTUC~ was like $8 plus~ We left if on the table for about 3 days~ The skin looks like its already "SOU" enough to be eaten! Never knew it turn out SUPER SOUR!!! goosh~

Ingredients

2 Honey Mangoes (diced into cubes)

1 pkt of agar agar powder (prefer Rose brand)

700ml of water

300ml of Carnation full-cream milk

5 tablespoon of sugar

1 teaspoon of mango essence

Steps

(1) Mix agar agar powder, sugar and water. Stir evenly and boil till ingredients are dissolved.

(2) Pour in the full-cream milk.

(3) When it’s boiled, add mango essence.

(4) Pour the mixture into a mould/bowl. Add mango cubes on the top.

(5) Let it cool down before chilling it.

The cutted cubes mango ~

Agar agar powder in~

Water~

Sugar~

Pour pour all in after the sugar and agar agar powder dissolve. its time for MILK~

Carnation full-cream milk

After boil  , 1 teaspoon of mango essence

Get ready the trays~  When its time. I actually added a few ice to Chill it . Cause its super hot. than place the cubes of mangoes inside the mould , Than i pour the mixture into the mould.

Kind of dirty i know :P Never mind.. wipe okie :P i thought of continue making cause before that i actually brought this instant packet of mango pudding powder. I have left over mangoes. So since do le. Than continue to do.

 

K. This is super easy!!! Just open the packet of powder. Add water as instructed. Boil it.

No need mango essence or sugar needed as its already mix in it. the only thing not stated on the box is i added Carnation full-cream milk~

Not enough mould. So found this .. than use lor :)

All in fridge .. Chill it ~ Tadang~

Not enough condense milk~ add it after that.. Its nice ~

My own way of doing it, was not a sucess i got to say.. TOO HARD ( think i put not enough water or did not stir well)  :P Only the second one which i use the instant packaging was an SUCCESS :P what a disgrace ~ can't even make an mango pudding from skretch , Instant packet is still better. I suggest just buy the packet. Cause you don't need sugar or mango essence. And its EASIER :P wahwhawhahwa~ Most imporatant is to get good SWEET MANGO !!!  Enjoy~ thanks vivian for her ingredients list :) maucks ~ i'am going to make for my friends who is visiting me cum celebrate my bday when i'am alone at dears house with pepper ~ Yeap , dear and his family is going away again . And this is the 2nd year my bf is not ARD with me on my B'day !!! k not important. Last year was because of his WORK he has to be in sweden. This time its because of his AH ma pass away 100days , he have to go back ~ its okie. No big deal. 26 years old le, don't have to celebrate de lar :)

Krist hens night + Cat's b'day celebration~

Its a busy SAT!!! Its 19th Feb 2011 . I had a full day program with my ladies :)

12.15pm - High tea with my buddies at Goodwood Park hotel- i mention in previous post.

8.30pm - Clarke Quay Kristy Hen's night.

Midnight - Rachadda ( thai club) Cat b'day celebration falls on this day , her actual b'day on 22nd feb. But i did not confirm whether i could make it.  Because i do not know the HEN will wana go home at what time :X kekekek~

I would like to thank Dear too, he is like a personal chaffeur to me :X ops~ He fetch me to meet up with my TLA buddies, than he went to go see car stuff than about 4pm come back to orchard to fetch me than go back my house to Change and get stuff . We went to have dinner together first.. than we went separate ways. He and Ah long ( suping's Bf) say don't know wana go where to WAIT for us~ Than i suggest he go meet up the rest of the friends who is going to CAT's b'day at the thai club. Than maybe after we finish or they finish first than we go home together :)

We decided to settle at a place for a drink. We walk pass ARENA and its before 10pm. So free entrance for ladies. And Drinks is cheaper at that time. So we ask the BRIDE okie? than we headed in .  She say need to drink first.. "ZHUNG DAN" than play with us... I haven even take out the ENVELOPE lor :X lol~ She wana get prepared le :) kekke~

This was the list.. if you can see.. Not all pics can be reveal ~ kekeke :)  Krist is very steady, she finish all the tasks. Initially we only put Finish 6/12 to pass the test. Than in the end we see like so fun we change it to "FINISH ALL THE TASKS" sorry krist~ but it was fun right ~ She say the TOUGHESt one is actually finding a guy wearing Stripe socks.. SO FUNNY lor~ she run around the whole place asking. In the end found one JUST sitting behind the table there.. lol~ buay tahan :P

and a little surprise ! we went out to get a small little cake to celebrate her advance b'day too :) Her b'day falls two days before me. So we decided to sing her a b'day song . She was very high at this part le.. So she keep on THANK YOU GIRLS.  and than again.. GIRLS. thank you!!! AND THAN go around hugging us and THANK YOU .. Saying all the thankful and she say wana say a speech . In the end she only said, Thank you again!!! lol.. She come to me saying.. thank you le LI TING, if its not you , i don't think all the sisters can make it today and come out for me and having all these games. LOL.. Hai yo :X Come on it was everyone effort. And i hope she did enjoy her NIGHT too ~  ( indeed i was the first who actually FB them de and try to arrange but cannot be thick skin meh. lol~ )

K, we end our night having KRIST walking out of the place and  going madly telling people (Walking pass) she is getting married around clarke quay , on the way to the CARPARK and also not forgetting to keep on telling us to TAKE picture , take picture.. and also Shouting she is going to be Mrs lee ~ And last DANCE when she passby a place where got two ladies dancing BELLY dance. OH GOOSh! throw face till no where...
